Earlier in his career, he held finance and consulting roles at Grant Thornton and Devoteam across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Desmarais is Deputy Chairman of Power Corporation of Canada and Power Financial Corporation. He previously served as President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Power Corporation from 1996 until his retirement from that position in February 2020. At Power Financial, he previously served as Executive Co-Chairman from 2015 until 2020, Co-Chairman from 2008 to 2015 and Deputy Chairman from 1996 to 2008. Prior to joining Power Corporation in 1983, he was Special Assistant to the Minister of Justice of Canada and an institutional investment counsellor at Richardson Greenshields Securities Ltd. He is a director of many Power Corporation group companies, including Power Financial, Great-West Lifeco, Canada Life, Empower, IGM Financial, IG Wealth Management, Mackenzie and Power Sustainable Capital. He has been a director of Rockefeller Capital Management General Partner L.L.C. since 2023. He was a director and Vice-Chairman of Pargesa in Europe until November 2020, when Pargesa’s reorganization was completed. He was also a director of Bellus Health Inc. until 2009, of CITIC Pacific Limited in Asia until 2014 and of Putnam Investments until January 2024. Over the years, cultural, health, and other not-for-profit organizations have benefited from his commitment, involvement, and dedication. He has played key roles in a number of fundraising campaigns, including those of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Montreal Heart Institute, the Montreal General Hospital, Leucan, the Canadian Red Cross, the Canadian Cancer Society, Centraide of Greater Montreal and the Jean Paul Riopelle Foundation. Aarnoud is a physical and financial energy commodities professional with 30+ years of experience. He most recently served as a Senior Managing Director within Macquarie Group's Commodities & Global Markets division, was previously a Managing Director within the Global Commodities Group of J.P. Morgan Chase and a Vice President in the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities division of Goldman Sachs. Across these roles, he was responsible for and oversaw origination and structuring across the Americas for physical supply, offtake and logistics transactions for oil and products (storage, pipelines, rail, vessels to Asia), globally for physical low carbon fuels (methanol), and financial derivatives hedging, all for producers, consumers and governments. Aarnoud graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).

Mr. Généreux has been Executive Vice-President of Power Corporation since 2015. He was Executive Vice-President of Power Financial from 2015 to 2020. He is a Director of Great-West Lifeco, Canada Life, Empower, IGM Financial, IG Wealth Management, Mackenzie and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. He was a director of Putnam Investments until January 2024. Mr. Généreux is also Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. During his 28 years with the firm, he focused on serving leading global companies in the Financial Services, Energy and Resources sectors. He has held various leadership positions including Global Sector Leadership in energy, Office Leadership in Montréal, Global Personnel Committees for partner election and evaluation, and Global Recruiting for Advanced University Degrees candidates. Mr. Généreux helped launch McKinsey’s office in Montréal in 1991 and was also posted in its Paris, Toronto and Stockholm offices. He is Governor Emeritus of the Board of Governors at McGill University on which he served between 2010 and 2023. He is a Board member of the Rhodes Scholarships in Canada and the Sauvé Foundation. He has received the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal for outstanding and exemplary contributions to his community. Mr. Généreux graduated from McGill University and Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.

Earlier in his career, Connor was a member of the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company, where he supported financial sponsors on commercial due diligence and advised on M&A within the financial services and energy infrastructure industries. Connor began his career in diplomatic, international trade, and development sector roles in Canada, the U.S., and Asia. Connor is also a David Rockefeller Fellow of the Trilateral Commission. Prior to that, Craig was an executive with SunOpta, a $1.5 billion global leader in organic foods and ingredients, where he led Corporate Development, Strategy, and FP&A across North America and Europe. During his career, Craig has led investments, integrations, and divestitures across multiple ingredient and food categories. He was recognized as a Canadian Dealmaker of the Year by Lexpert, Deloitte, The Globe and Mail, and Thomson Reuters in 2016. Craig began his career in Corporate Finance at PwC where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising in the mid-market across a range of sectors, including agri-food.

Delia Cristea joined Power Sustainable at its inception in 2019. She oversees the firm’s legal, compliance and culture functions. She is also responsible for deepening the firm’s community impact and ecosystem building activities in the sustainable finance space. Prior to Power Sustainable, Delia worked as counsel for Power Corporation of Canada, where she most recently served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to that, she was Associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in the Montreal and Toronto offices and served as in-house counsel with BCE Inc. Delia graduated with a gold medal from McGill Faculty of Law and holds a license in law and a Masters in European law from Sorbonne University in Paris. She also chairs the board and the governance committee of Lawyers without Borders Canada. She is passionate about supporting the growth of the sustainability ecosystem both in Canada and abroad. Mr. Le Vasseur joined the Power group of companies in 1992 and served as Vice-President and Controller of Power Corporation and of Power Financial until March 2025. His responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and information technology. He began his career in 1982 with Touche Ross, a predecessor firm of Deloitte, specializing in the audit of large holding companies. He also worked on various consulting assignments in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Le Vasseur earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1980 and an MBA in 1982, both from McGill University. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985. In 2020, he received the prestigious title of Fellow from the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec (FCPA). This title formally recognizes those members whose achievements in their careers or in the community have earned them distinction and brought honor to the profession. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps teenagers living with cancer regain their self-esteem and sense of pride through wilderness adventure therapy.

Prior to founding Continuum, Doug was a Partner at Goldman Sachs and served as President of Goldman Sachs Mutual Funds, Head of Private Wealth Management International, and Chairman of Goldman Sachs Bank, A.G. Earlier in his career, Doug spent 12 years at MFS Investment Management, holding several senior leadership roles including Head of Life and Annuities and Founder / President of MFS Retirement Services. Doug was also a member of the MFS Advisory Board. Doug has served on the boards of directors of several investment management firms, including Goldman Sachs International, Goldman Sachs Mutual Funds, Osmosis Investment Management, Athena Capital Advisors, among others. James Moore is the Operating Partner for our Infrastructure Credit strategy. He joined Power Sustainable in 2023 with over 40 years of experience in the energy sector. He has served as CEO of several independent power producers, including leading the turnaround of Atlantic Power from 2015 to 2023. He previously held operating partner and leadership roles at Diamond Castle Holdings and Catamount Energy. He holds a JD from the University of Houston and a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross.

Mr. Melvin has been Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Great-West Lifeco since October 1, 2025. He oversees the organization’s investment strategy, portfolio performance, and capital allocation. Mr. Melvin has an outstanding track record in leadership and strategic vision in the investment world, shaped by more than 30 years of investment experience, including over 20 years in insurance asset management at major global financial institutions. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Sammons Financial Group. He has also held the positions of Chief Investment Officer at HIMCO (Hartford Investment Management Company) and Chief Investment Officer for global insurance asset management at Goldman Sachs. He previously served as Global Head of M&A and Project Finance at Northland Power, where he led the company’s expansion into Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and earlier held senior roles in M&A and Corporate and Project Finance at Brookfield, focusing on growth across the Americas. John currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Potentia Renewables and as a board member of Nautilus Solar. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder.

Prior to that, he was a senior member of the direct private equity team at OMERS Private Equity, responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in North America. He began his career in the investment banking group at Scotiabank, focused on M&A advisory and equity and debt financings. Jonathan holds a degree from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies and on the Ivey Sustainability Advisory Council.

The Honourable Scott Brison joined BMO as Vice-Chair, Investment & Corporate Banking in 2019. As an elected Member of Parliament, Scott served the constituency of Kings-Hants (Nova Scotia) who elected him to Canada’s House of Commons seven consecutive times over 21 years. During that time, he served in government for seven years holding key roles, most recently as President of the Treasury Board and Minister of Digital Government from 2015 to 2019, Minister of Public Works and Government Services from 2004 to 2006, and Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister with special emphasis on Canada-U.S. relations from 2003 to 2004. In June 2020, Mr. Brison became Dalhousie University’s eighth chancellor. Mr. Brison is a member of the Trilateral Commission and was named by the World Economic Forum of Davos, Switzerland, as one of its "Young Global Leaders." In August 2010, he was awarded the Order of San Carlos by Colombian President Álvaro Uribe in recognition of his contributions to the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement. Mr. Brison has formerly served as a board member for both Universal Rail Systems and the MacDonald Stewart Foundation. He also previously served as Chairman of SeaFort Capital Inc. Vitaliy Koretskyy is Vice President on the Infrastructure Credit team. He previously worked for six years in infrastructure private equity, project finance and M&A, including four years at I Squared’s North American private equity team, where he focused on digital infrastructure, power and renewables, energy and transportation sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College.

Weihe Feng is Deputy General Counsel at Power Sustainable, where he leads the legal team in support of the firm’s investment platforms and corporate activities. Prior to joining Power Sustainable, he practiced at an international law firm, focusing on cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia. Weihe holds degrees from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Quebec Bar and the New York Bar.

Wendy Zhang is a Senior Associate for our Fund Accounting and Investment Operations Team. She brings fund accounting experience from Citco Group Limited and previously worked as a financial accountant at a Toronto-based accounting firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational studies, specializing in accounting, from the University of Western Ontario. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has completed all three levels of the CFA program and the Canadian Securities Course.

Will Moncrieff is an Associate at Power Sustainable Lios, where he supports investment activities. Prior to joining Power Sustainable, he worked as an investment banking analyst within BMO Capital Markets’ real estate investment banking group, where he was involved in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and property brokerage activities. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts (HBA) from the Ivey Business School with a certificate in Sustainability.
